The house
Downstairs, there is a large living room opening onto the garden, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
Upstairs, a bedroom and a reading corner sit beneath the beams.
Maximum capacity: 2 adults and 2 children or teenagers.
Upstairs, in an open space without a door: a 160 × 200 cm double bed and a single sofa bed. Downstairs: a two-person sofa bed.
Around
Meadows, orchards, tall trees, a few sheep and water surround the house.
The nights are very dark. During the day, you mostly hear birds, frogs and sometimes the rooster.
Set off for a walk from the house, settle down with a book and watch what moves in the trees.
For a day out, Quimperlé, Pont-Aven, Concarneau or the Huelgoat forest are among the possibilities. We can also suggest cycling routes.

€500 / week · from October 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026
Stays run from Saturday to Saturday. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival; final cleaning is included. No cleaning fee is added to the displayed rate.
How do I arrange a stay?
Stays run from Saturday to Saturday. Choose an available Saturday arrival, then your Saturday departure. The rate appears before you send the request. The request is not yet a confirmed booking and no payment is taken at this stage.
Getting here and getting around
Maki Ty is in Guiscriff, inland Brittany. A car is strongly recommended for shopping and day trips. There are shops in Guiscriff and Scaër. We will send detailed directions before your arrival.
Is the place suitable for young children?
Please bear in mind the two unfenced ponds and the cottage staircase. The outdoor spaces are natural and shared. Contact us if you would like to discuss the layout in relation to your children’s ages.
